Hi jigzyy, After several attempts, finally I got a nice person on call who tried to search my data but he said that he can only tell me that my application was received on 21st of May. Later on, he told me my UCI number for any future follow up. Please let me know if UCI is assigned to everyone ?? it is eight digit number ??? what does it means ???

Document completeness is passed. Waiting MI & Eligibility Review, then you will be assigned File # and will be charged.

If you have applied for any other type of Canadian visa, then you have an UCI number.

Hope you all are doing fine. I am new to this forum and heard a lot about it.

I have one question, my CC got charged on Jul 13th, I called CIC and luckily got UCI # post encashment of fees. Since that day I was checking the status on ECAS and fortunately today my ECAS status showed 'In Process', and when I got into that link it says 'We received your application on May 15th 2013'. Although I have not received the evaluation of positive eligibility yet, what does the ECAS status signify in my case?

Appreciate your help and I would be happy to add the details to spreadsheet. Please give me access to add the same.

It is not guarantee that it's in the cap, but It's about 50% [up from 0] confirmed that you'll make it.

It is not guarantee that it's in the cap, but It's about 50% [up from 0] confirmed that you'll make it.

Hi Cobin, you should get your PER email shortly, be sure to check your junk mailbox periodically....If your ecas says 'In Process" then you are almost 100% clear for now and have no need to worry. Congrats. Please post your details in green here so the admins can update the sheet.

Both formats are working i.e. with hyphen (xxxxxxxx) and without hyphen (xxxx-xxxx)
