Hey IslandBabe, No news as of now...i used a canadian bank's credit card for the payment. So any charge would be reflected instantly but none so far. I am slightly starting to believe it's all over for me. Nevertheless it makes me happy that the cap is still open and most of the deserving forumites who applied after me are still in the game. I do not want anyone to go through this massive disappointment which i am going through now. But hey, that's life isn't it...

Pls don't bash me ppl... the only thing im confused abt is how cic is working it's not FIFO 100% maybe 80% but not 100%.. im ryt be4 raj in the spreadsheet so im worried a little more... but if raj's application is returned so maybe spill.over was ryt abt his case... anyway lets keep our fingers crossed n good luck to raj n all others

They will always charge FIFO. Applications returned does not have to follow FIFO. Not 1 person is checking, every person has his/her speed so FIFO will disturb there. But Eligibility Review, MI & Cash will always follow FIFO. Some application may get delayed for number of reasons but they will be considered before New applications.
