Dear All,
I just spoke with a lovely lady at CIC and she informed me that my application was returned on June 25 because they tried several times to charge the CC but it was declined.
DD the best and confirmed choice.
Regards
Sorry to hear that brother... I think the problem was, that your GT Naira Mastercard can only be used for online payment, if you enter a security code into a popup window from your bank, which probably made it impossible to be charged by CIC...

"HOW TO USE THE GTNAIRA MASTER CARD
Go to the site that you would like to transact with, do all the necessary stuff that you want to do. Now to check out with your master card, enter your 16 digit number written at the front of the Naira Mastercard. Now write the holder's name located in the card and the 3 digit CCV2 number located at the back of the master card. Now click continue
NOTE: After clicking continue, a page from GTBank will popup, check the welcome note to see if it matches with the one you set for your card otherwise you may fall for scam.
Now enter the information required by the new page like; security question, security code e.t.c
Click on confirm to confirm your product and payment.... Payment is done. That's how to use the Gt naira master card; you now have the freedom to shop online..."
