any one here who sent his application through aramex courrier? please reply immediately. I have a problem with my parcel... i don't know i have been tracking since the date i have sent my application and the last track result that i have was it was already in TORONTO....it was 5 days already so i wrote aramex asking why it is taking so long. After that, i have to track it again but now it is saying that my shipment number was not found? how could this happen!??i am so worried. i emailed many times in aramex. what will i do? can i call NOva scotia CIC in Syney to ask if they received my application or not? how come my tracking number is lost. what is the problem i don't know. please help what should i do?

I think Aramex has a partnership with Purolator. My WES paper was initially collected by Purolator, then it was transferred to Aramex with a new tracking number. Better to call Aramex Canada office and get the new tracking ID.

I am in Saudi Arabia now, I called them last night and someone told me that it missed the flight. I have a friend there in Toronto so i called him and we were talking in email a while ago. I asked him to do the favor for me but aramex canada told him that their server is down. This is disaster!..They told my friend to call after 1.5 hours..After a while their system went up and i immediately captured the shipment details and sent to my friend.

Unfortunately, you are not the only one who is complaining about Aramex, I read also about someone who was complaining about their service that he had to fight with them and his shipment was in Nova Scotia after 6 days!!

It seems till now that UPS has the quickest service.

How did people in INdia got their 6 months DD made.??. All banks have option of only 3 months.. Even with thomas cook.. It is as per RBI guidelines that DD's have 3 mth validity only..

Dollar DD is not a problem... Validity is.. As per CIC guidelines the DD should have validity of atleast 5 months after submission.. How to get this done in Delhi ??

maybe you can deposit CIC fees in your credit card balance and make sure you don't use this balance for the coming 2 to 3 months until CC is charged.
I recommend you check with your bank if this is a valid option.

Why are your writing to Aramex? Call at their Canadian number and ask them. Writing will not do you good. They might have used local courier to transfer the application. BUT, you need to call and ask them and they'll tell you exactly what was happened.

My friend called them (Aramex Canada) already and told me to relax. The server of Aramex is still down at this moment so i don't know. My friend asked them about my shipment and they said it is out for delivery thru another agent which is Purolator. I told my friend to ask about the tracking number from the Purolator but he said nobody is answering now? And he advice me to email the Nova Scotia CIO to ask them if they received my application? Would that possible? To whom will i ask? is there any contact email or phone number of Nova Scotia CiO. Any suggestions please.

On Purolator, try giving Aramex Tracking Code as Reference number. You might get lucky!

I tried entering My aramex tracking number and it works with Purolator. But I have doubt that the person and place who signed was Macleod and it is in SHIP Dock. Do you think it just the similarity of the number that i have in aramex?

Is there any option for the signed label ? like on FedEx, we get Sign Verification ? Call Purolator also. Inquire why it's showing Ship Dock, it was supposed to be delivered to a person at CIC, and not to the fish of NS :s
