My case is that I worked in 2174 for last 5 years at one employer and 2 years before that for 2nd employer, also 2174. I worked before those 7 years too - in NOC2174, but I didn't really care about proving that nor gave any letters from employers etc. I only stated all of those it on my 10-years-back history. Reason for not sending all 10 years of experience is that I simply can't claim more than 15 points for last 6 years.vicky_si said:No, i don't think so.... If you are not claiming points for those years of work experience, it should not be necessary to provide reference letters..... Although this does not mean that the same is to be missed out inbackground declaration form or FSW form.... It is required to mention last 10 years there, but not provide reference letters fr all ...
Why would I bother convincing them that I have 10 years of experience if they don't care of anything after 6 years?
Earlier they were giving more points, for up to 10 or even 12 years (?) but they decided it's not important as much anymore.
Yoda, I'm glad for you! Hopefully we'll meet at Vienna VO talks one day.
