but this year the ECA was introduced so i am guessing the cap wouldn't be filled as quickly

I was able to validate the form, so i guessed that they'd pick the default VO for my country :(

there was no error in validation, i tried it more than once. :'(

sorry i meant to post it in the 2013 fswp timeline, but i made a mistake. anyway, why would they allow me to validate the form if it was this important?
