The sad thing is those numbers are just from our sheet. I truly believe that the cap for this Noc has been filled by the end of the third week. I am torn because I think you a more than deserving applicant, lets hope something special happens for you.

According to our own doc, here's the tempo of received NOC 2174 applications. At least we do know that much, all the rest is guessing.

Guys,
According to op06c instructions (paragraph 9, 9.1), once an applicant reaches to the point of "non refundable fees", they should have been already informed by CIC (either with a letter, or electronically via e-mail for instance).
What is your experience about that? I mean, some people already got cc charged, but have they been contacted by CIC in parallel as well? Also how was it in the previous "wave" of FSWP?

Wierd that the date is still for 4th May. Makes you wonder whether they've not even finished processing the first day!
