@ sharmausct
you must really meet someone in-person who could help you on all your queries. It will be hard for anyone to explain them over a cyber space in full depth as it will eat up a lot of space and pull several pages further dedicated to one guy sharmausct! And yet you will come up with sub-queries and ultimately bury your in the pile of confusions.
Better find someone within your acquaintances who could help on finer details.
And this thread is to track FSW 2013 applications and not solve queries out of the way.
Still I hope these basic replies will really help you move ahead;
1 - Attach a separate sheet with Form name, Qs no., title and your name on top and state everything in tabular form as in original form. Forget about pen/pencil; type it.
2 - Settlement funds (asset minus liabilities).
Education - Exactly as per transcript. Anything else you fill will simply contradict with a university's official doc called 'Transcript'. Forget about WES; they just tell Canadian equivalent. [I wonder if you were re-admitted after 2 years why did they enroll you with the same enrollment no. OR it was actually not a re-enrollment !] [and how do you know nos. of years inside transcript? Did you unseal it?]
Address - I'm sure you won't have PO Box but you could provide your complete residential address. Don't go by the word 'street number'. Indian addressing system doesn't necessarily include st. nos. The idea is to have a complete address so that a package gets delivered without returning.
Personal History - Work + Education. You shall not conceal any information (intentional or unintentional). Add separate sheet as explained above. Attach all appendices immediately after the pages that contains columns you substitute in the main form.
Govt. position - No idea on this but looks like they ask for positions of national importance and not just any job. But I could be wrong. You need to confirm this with a reliable source.
Finally, use Black color everywhere, be it handwritten or typed. Do not forget to validate Main form and sign/date at all places required.
Hope this helps to give a head start and you may figure out things after going through the manual here.....
