YOU HAVE PROVIDED CIC WITH TWO APPLICATIONS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA FOR BOTH THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT AND SPOUSE. PLEASE INDICATE WHICH APPLICANT WILL BE CONSIDERED PRINCIPAL APPLICANT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA IS REQUIRED FOR ONLY THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT.amisiddi said:In first application my spouse with NOC 2134 is main applicant while me and my baby are dependents.
In second application I am the principal applicant with NOC 2147 while other two are dependents.

highly confusing statement, i can deduce the following
1) two applications send at two different time
2) one application send with two generic application forms.
