Not get rejected, but will give you an option to select one of the both. The other will be returned.

why did you send your second application for popular NOC of 2147 when you had send your first application for non popular NOC of 2134?

why did you send your second application for popular NOC of 2147 when you had send your first application for non popular NOC of 2134?

i did this just to be on the safe side. Coz God forbid if anything happens to my first application then i should have 2nd chance. I didnt knew before that 2 applications can create any issue. Thats why i sent 2nd application

I think you are mixing up two things here. Martha was not returned because she used two Principal applicants, hers was returned because she used a old schedule 3 form. I understand why you are confused though. On the rejection letter we understand ones application could be returned if he submitted an application for two people in same courier without specifying who is the principal applicant. That would have happened to you if yours and that of your wife was sent in same envelope and where you have submitted two Generic forms. But in your case you submitted separately so your files will be treated as separate entries. There is nothing to worry about. you are on course. this is not US visa lottery.

I think Canadian mail service is not too bad. I got my ECA report within 5 working days through regular mail.

PER means Positive Evaluation Review so yes that should come after they have sort out your file for processing.

You said one for yourself and one for spouse. Do you mean in one application your are primary applicant and in the other your spouse? If you send two applications, both either in your name or your spouse's, then it may cause issues but if the two packages belong to two different persons then it may be fine.

Marta's app was one but she used old Schedule 3, whereas you have sent two different packages at two different times. So your comparing your case with Marta's was inappropriate.

EDIT: But I think either way you are just fine. I don't see any trouble here.

In second application I am the principal applicant with NOC 2147 while other two are dependents.

Means two separate applications for two different persons in separate package.
