MY REPRESENTATIVE IN CANADA HAVE GIVEN ONLINE PAYMENT AND ATTACHED RECEIPT WITH MY APPLICATION
NOW I CHECK FROM WEBSITE THAT NO ONLINE PAYMENT IS ACCEPTABLE CAN ANY BODY HELP ME

I suggest that you download a fee payment form, fill it up with credit card details, Sign it and send to CIO with a cover letter. In cover letter give complete details of your original application including FSW Category, NOC, Date of Birth, Courier Reference no, Date of delivery etc.
There have been cases where people lost their credit cards after submission of application and then sent an updated fee payment form and ultimately got PER.
As per the CIC website online fee payment is not appearing as an option for FSW. In general, I am not 100% that this will not cause rejection so lets not take un-necessay risk.

One other forum member reported that he paid online and also gave the credit card details on the payment form. CIO charged his credit card and he was worried that he has been charged double. He was lucky as he provided his credit card details on payment form. He was advised by forum members to raise the issue with CIO and he will be able to get his online payment back. This clearly shows that CIO won't accept online fee payment and they have clearly mentioned to pay by credit card or demand draft.

Have you also provided your credit card details on the payment form or credit card section is left blank? If credit card section is left blank considering fee has been paid, then I am afraid your application may be considered incomplete and will be returned.


What is your NOC and when your application arrived at CIO?

I have applied with AEO and my representative said we can pay online
If we are with in canada
I don't know what will happen now
I am worried

Yes saudiairlines is the cheapest in the market nowadays.

I have travelled many times by saudiairlines and always had a good experience with them.

No, and I think We will get in January because canada staff are on leave till 2 January. So for sure we will get in January.

Well, your rep. may be right in his claim, I don't know if the applicant is living in Canada then has more options to pay. As far as I know, it is not mentioned specifically on CIC website. Anyways, you have two options:

1. Don't take any action now and wait for the response from CIO. If they accept your payment, you will go through; else they will send your application back as incomplete and you will waste your few months. Since your are applying under AEO category, you can apply again without fearing the CAP limit.

2. Take a proactive action and fill in the new payment form, pay through credit card by filling in the credit card details in the payment form or though demand draft by attaching original demand draft with payment form and send it to CIO along with a cover letter. Write down your NOC category, NOC code, first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, application receipt date & time and application receiving person on the cover letter and explain CIO the whole matter. Request them to update your application and consider update payment form during completeness and eligibility check. Refer to your online payment also and attach a copy of online payment receipt too. You can further attach copy of submitted Generic Application Form for Canada including bar code and signature page.

Please note that option 2 may work only if you application is not yet opened, that is why I asked you in my previous post your NOC code and application receipt date at CIO. Good luck to you buddy.

Visa expiry date will be mentioned on the visa. He should land before the expiry date.

One year from the date of medical examination or expiry of passport of any family member incl. principal applicant, whichever comes first.

Dear Everyone,

Greetings from Japan.

With reference to my immigration plans i would like to like to ask some questions and request your advice.

I have recently been selected to work with HitXXX,Japan where in i am thinking to continue for two more years.So far my work career has not been so good and i could not develop much skills as an engineer.I suppose working as Mechanical Engineer at HitXXX,Japan would give me a good experience and a brand name that would help me to fetch an engineering job in Canada.

For the above,I am considering to postpone my immigration plan for a while.
I would appreciate if you can answer undermentioned questions and also your thoughts from job scenario and immigration point of view.

1.What are the pros and cons of requesting extension to NDVO.

2.How is the job scenario in Canada,would working for big name and adding some skills help or immigrants without Canadian experience face tough time in general?

3.Out of the five year validity of the PR visa,for example lets say I enter at the 4th year.In that case,i suppose i wont be meeting the residency obligations and thus am i required to leave Canada?

4.Is an initial entry required to validate the visa?

5.Would i be allowed to study at university in Canada on PR Visa and does that count in the residency obligations?

6.Is there any news about the forms for my medical exams?
