1) Duolingo mobile app, it is the best, It also has desktop version www.duolingo.com

Well, I consider such birth certificate as non-compliant birth certificate. Did he submit an explanation letter stating why he is submitting this birth certificate and any alternative to support his claim?

Dear aman2300,

One other forum member reported that he paid online and also gave the credit card details on the payment form. CIO charged his credit card and he was worried that he has been charged double. He was lucky as he provided his credit card details on payment form. He was advised by forum members to raise the issue with CIO and he will be able to get his online payment back. This clearly shows that CIO won't accept online fee payment and they have clearly mentioned to pay by credit card or demand draft.

Have you also provided your credit card details on the payment form or credit card section is left blank? If credit card section is left blank considering fee has been paid, then I am afraid your application may be considered incomplete and will be returned.

What is your NOC and when your application arrived at CIO?

SSIC certificate should contain Applicant name, Father Name, Mother Name.
