I believe, NDVO is trying to complete particular NOCs which has been Capped earlier. People from NOC 2174, NOC 0211 and NOC 1112 are more to get MR than other NOC.

By considering people shared details on NDVO excel sheet, I am concluding on MR release,

for NOC 0211 --- 5 out of 20 candidate got MR
for NOC 1112 --- 5 out of 21 candidate got MR
for NOC 2113 --- 1 out of 1 candidate got MR
for NOC 2132 --- 1 out of 23 candidate got MR
for NOC 2147 --- 1 out of 19 candidate got MR
for NOC 2174 --- 8 out of 31 candidate got MR
for NOC 2263 --- 1 out of 8 candidate got MR
for NOC 3142 --- 3 out of 18 candidate got MR

Rest of NOC is still waiting to have their first MR.

I feel, methodology for NDVO working is "they pick up particular NOCs and concentrating it to finish the lot (by doing all checks including finance, those application gets delayed which require some explanation or support of evidence) and then they will pick up another NOCs".

The delay in application is open ended that we can't predict. Currently they are issuing MR to clear applications only.

It is my thinking, which is not having any documentation support.

As far as CIC guidelines is concerned, they would place your application in queue on the basis of application receipt date. So if your application was received on 10 May 2013, PER on 10 July 2013, and AOR on 10 Aug 2013, you will enter the processing queue as 10 May 2013 only.

Fees 3500 INR - per person.
They provide Apron for Pregnant ladies to stop exposure to radiation if we need.
Tests will be at Apollo hospitals in Ahmadabad

6 photos 35x45mm, letter from CIC - 2 copies, passport - original and 2 copies
Approximate time required - 3-4 hours.
Fasting - Not required, Can have breakfast as usual.

Update -

Medicals done for myself and wife. INR 3500/- per head.

I also had to get an extra test done for Liver (Hepatitis) because I'm wearing two permanent tattoos. INR 735/-
