nanonye so what do u advice? I just hope it doesn't affect the PR processing time. Cause I am the primary applicant. She is my dependent. I hope they don't pay much attention to BG of dependents.nanonye said:They already have the details of your wife from the previous applications you made and that is because they store every single information submitted in previous applications. I don't know about Canada but with the USA, they will also have details of your fingerprint so changing passports won't mean much.

Thanx NOVA i am already using a consultant. They told that it won't be a problem. Hope they are right. There are so many of my distant relatives in Canada who are Citizens or PR holders and they fly to Iran and Pakistan back n forth and they've never faced any problem.NOVA21 said:Definitely they've got ur wife's record since she applied twice..
Moreover she's been already rejected due to travel history..
I think you'd better seek consultant/ lawyer help..
Relax buddy. We are all frustrated. Think of the good things u will get in Canada once the wait is over. There are people who are waiting for more than 3-4 years. We are just waiting for 6-7 months. This is probably the fastest ive seen of Canada visa being processed. Even when my brother applied back in 2007 it took 4 yrs for him to get his PR. So be positive and happy.manonquest said:
I am seriously getting frustrated by this waiting period....
Currently no information is coming about how much more time it will take to have MR from NDVO ?
About getting MR there is no operational philosophy followed by NDVO which results in unpredictability of time frame for it.
Even after doing MR, how much more time it will take for Passport request and to receive stamped passport ......
As i am June 1st week applicant, from now two months to go for MR, then two months for PPR and then 1.5 months for Stamped passport..... it is taking too much time... i anticipate stamping will be done in May 2014, which is a quite a long time.
I have very little patience left for wait. The wait which will add additional degree of freedom (i. e.exploring Canada )
Thanks and regards...
I have given the true details to them vats. There is nothing to hide. Its all clearly mentioned in the forms and supporting docs. Dunno why they rejected her visit visa anyways. Probably the first time when it got rejected cause of not submitting the marriage certificate, if i had submitted the marriage certificate maybe she would've got the visa cause they didn't mention travel history then.Vats said:give true details for PR visa to get easily through

There is one good news. NDVO WILL be working whole of december. So there will be no delay and definitely our MR's are on the way! I just got this news from my consultant.
These consultants just fake the news that NDVO will be working for the whole od Dec. They say this in order to get rid off of our constant follow ups with them. But anyways, if the news is true, Its more than good for usiktheone said:Relax buddy. We are all frustrated. Think of the good things u will get in Canada once the wait is over. All that you should be thinking of is CAD $! CAD $! CAD $! When i return from Canada for a visit to india i'am gonna stay in a 5 star hotel!manonquest said:Thanks a lot mate! sometimes good words gives relief to you....
True, it is the fastest processing done by CIC ... we should be happy, that it will take much shorter time to decision made on our application....
That is nice news you have given, i was expecting that whole December will have lighter working mood...
Vedh i know it sounds too good to be true but they said that only CIC will be taking off but the Canadian High Commission assigned to each country in India's case NDVO will be working. Probably once we submit the passport it might get delayed cause i guess they send the passports from NDVO to CIC for stamping. Not sure about that though cause all people who have submitted their passports have got it back in 2-3 weeks.Vedh said:These consultants just fake the news that NDVO will be working for the whole od Dec.
