Hi NOVA, How can you say that they are currently charging Sep 2nd/3rd week applicants.

There are no indications in spreadsheet as well???

One week ago it was 244. the latest update is 262.
I hope currently they r charging September midweek applicants..
so still more than 35 days left to check ur application but only 38 caps left..So close.....

hello all i have a question popping up in my mind from few weeks :-\ thought to ask you all today..

as we all know there is cap of 300 ..so does it mean they send only 300 PER and after that they close taking files... and if that is the case ,what happen if someone's file get rejected at later stage like verification or medical...

it will mean if 1 person got rejected there will be now only 299 candidates remaining ..or will they again take 1 candidate from application received after CAP was fulfilled. :-\ :-\ ???
[/quote personally i dont think that they will select 1 more candidate if somebody gets rejected...at first instance they have selected 300 applnts...and finally it doesn't matter if the figure comes out to be 280 or 260....some rejections are bound to happen at VO stage...this is my personal viewpoint only...

thanks for reply but if that the case that mean they will never reach overall 5000 applicants and secondly no NOC will reach 300 level as there will be definitely 1 or 2 in each NOC world over who get rejected in medicals..sound strange

yes..please note that 5000 is the max no of applns to be accepted by CIC....NO-where it is mentioned that 5000 will be the minimum and exactly it would be 5000...

I think if candidate is rejected later than less number of candidate in particular NOC will get VISA
as in VO like NDVO still visa is not granted but few applications are getting applications back stating CAP reached.

AAMI, you should be O.K.

It is not your education, but work experience that matters. You should have minimum 1year experience in one of the NOC's that are open for immigration this year, irrespective of your field of education.

So just chill.

thanks a lot for this information.if we look at cic manual then there is no issue becoz 2263 is not regulated and i have experience in it becoz in my country HR people handle health and safety

I am seriously getting frustrated by this waiting period....

Currently no information is coming about how much more time it will take to have MR from NDVO ?

About getting MR there is no operational philosophy followed by NDVO which results in unpredictability of time frame for it.

Even after doing MR, how much more time it will take for Passport request and to receive stamped passport ......

As i am June 1st week applicant, from now two months to go for MR, then two months for PPR and then 1.5 months for Stamped passport..... it is taking too much time... i anticipate stamping will be done in May 2014, which is a quite a long time.

I have very little patience left for wait. The wait which will add additional degree of freedom (i. e.exploring Canada )

I know people who are waiting for their cases from 2009. Their new born babies are now 4 years old .... i know people whose medical has been expired. we are still getting response very early. we have to wait more.

I was thinking, if I get an MR, even if they don't request a PCC, I will still submit it to facilitate faster processing. Any suggestions?

My consultant said do this only...
My passport is 3 years old and I want this done ASAP so confused to go to Seva Kendra or local DCP.

Any suggestions please ?
