I don't have the answer to your first question since I used CC. From my experience answer to the second one , your spouse should be signing the form filled in with his/her background details.

@ Aloha thanks mate, as my consultant has asked me to sign by myself on my spouse's background and additional family information forms. But i was not agreed with his advise because it dosent make sense. Now your answer verified my doubt.

Am not sure but NDVO backlogs applicants are getting MR from delhiimmigration mail----need to verify once again from their forum page...

u have to send ua original IELTS result with ur initial app.

no ways.... its clearly mentioned in the checklist that u have to submit original test result with your app. i u dont send than ua app will nt be processed further and will be returned back ti u. u also need to send original ECA report with ua app. wich NOC u applying???

About MR email for NDVO applicants....

Friend,

We received email from "re-delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca" asking for all the final documents. In the same email it was mentioned that a separate email would sent with medical forms. Then again next day we got separate emails from "Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre <Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca" for all the family members with medical forms.

Dear NDVO applicants, Congrdulation to ur ME !
But hold on I want to share some experience in china.
I am the only one who received ME on Nov 1st. The email send to me is like this

From: Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca
Subject: Citizenship & Immigration Canada: Information about Exxxxx

Just like the lucky masheshnep I only received this email attached a ME form IMm1017, no RPRF fee or passport request. The deadline is 60 days for me. Even after I got MER, nothing happens and no more ppl in Chinese forum got ME, although somebody did report background checking (yes Beijing VO did check this)!
ME Rains come yesterday, 2-3 ppl begins to receive ME from Beijingimmigration @ International.gc.ca.
Yes, totally diff email adderess requesting both ME and RPRF fee and passport at same time. And deadline is 45 days.

It totally confused me yesterday until this afternoon, when I received a call from BJ VO who ask me to check email. Then I got same email as other ppl with RPRF fee and passport, also I need to update schedule A. The lady in call said although the form we used only request a 10 years history, BJ VO need my history from age of18!
WTF....

So I guess the first batch of ppl in NDVO will have same experience with me. If I were u, I will prepare my RPRF bank draft NOW. Actually I did so after my ME, now I just need to submit it and do not waste any time^_^

My question is that, do I need to send the photocopies of my passport (what pages? all or just first and last pages)
