IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 60 days of the date of this

You cannot choose your family doctor if his or her name is not on this list. See the list of Panel Physicians to

Once you identify a panel physician in your area, book an appointment for your medical examination.

When you schedule your appointment, please ensure that arrangements are made for your chest x-ray

and laboratory tests as well. Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical

if english is your native language do you still need to do the IELTS? can you do it after sending in the application if so?

I am also NOC 2263. I think you should submit IELTS result with your application because as you are aware its point based assessment. Language ability has points based on the score we earn in IELTS. But I do not know your lawyer is right or wrong. Is your lawyer a member of ICCRC? Use this link to search your lawyer's membership. http://secure.iccrc-crcic.ca/search/

Thats just it, a lawyer is assisting with my form and said i dont need to do the IELTS cuz its my native language is english

Most of these consultants don't know anything. All they are after is money. In other to make the selection process fair, irrespective of whether English is your first language or not, CIC has instructed that all applicants should submit IELTS score together with their applications. Please, ignore that lawyer and submit your IELTS. Cheers.

i feel if u have IELTS result and you are fulfilling the requirement of ielts score then pls send the result as its better to send extra documents , even if its not required it wont harm u anyway..so better be safe than sorry

Don't mix two conditions.

Checklist IMM5612
Point 9 - "If claiming points for your spouse or common law partner's official language proficiency, submit their English or French test results."
That means spouse or common law partners are not mandatorily required to submit test results unless claiming points in the point system. Primary applicant is required to submit language test results, nonetheless.

To answer your original query....language proficiency test result(s) is/are required irrespective of being native English speaker or not to provide worldwide applicants a fair play-field.

Don't mix two conditions.

addy - Going by pure logic each applicant (primary or not) fills and declares it own form.

Just as you declare yourself as an applicant in your form, wife as your spouse, your parents name, your siblings and that you have children or not (whether from your wife or not), your wife would declare herself as applicant in her form, you as her spouse, her parents name, her siblings and that she has children or not (whether from you or not).

How will we know if out VO changed?

I mentioned Ankara as my VO in the Generic form
But i received an email from Warsaw VO so my VO has been changed

I know the level of anxiety that we all are facing.That's why I am trying to answer all the queries as far as possible. I hope, it will boost your confidence and feel somewhat relaxed.

I am dam sure that you all will get it sooner or latter.

I know its difficult but keep your moral high. Some MR strome is coming from NDVO.

UCI is the Unique Client Identifier
U get it in a week after your money encashed through an email from CIO
