5000 or 3000 doesn't matter, how can we wake up those lazy Visa Offices? It is one kind of discrimination one part of people in the world getting visa early and other parts don't have any progress. It is really frustrating!!

I am also planning to send an email but I wonder if Minister can see my record then he is going to find that I got my PER on November 14th and my file might still be sitting at CIO. It will certainly create a negative impact on this move. What do you say?

i believe that won't. It is just a request, so i believe no harm in sending an email or tweet.

i have just emailed the Minister and the automated response saying I will receive a reply between 10-30 days.

I will also tweet tomorrow aswell.
