u r rite mr. kmkamal. its really frustrating. some applicants r thinking to write to minister. i think it a good initiative.

Dear Mr. Sheikh958, I think the SGVO is the worst Visa Office among the others. Yesterday I visited the others forum and I am totally astonished to see many of applicants are getting visa after a prolonged wait.

Anybody who did not send their PCCs with initial app should send one now without getting a formal request from LVO?
please advise.

I sent the PCCs with the application and one month after PER I sent LOV - without thier request - a fresh PCCs as per my lawyer recommendation. I consulted him again to send a third version they said No we should wait until e receive such request!

You can ask LVO directly regarding the matter by sending them CSE.

I think my VO would be warsaw too

Actually it is my question too.
I've not any Idea. but as far as I know from my friends experiences, Warsaw is working faster than Ankara.
It must be no longer than 21 month as stated on CIC for Warsaw VO, but this is a most conservative estimate.
I hope processing time for FSW2013 be less than 1 year.

Did you enquire with LVO regarding the receipt of your PCC at their office and did they confirm receiving it

Hi there,

I made everything to apply before May changes and... I start regretting it. I see that people with "new rules" are processed much faster.
I have applied for FSW on February 2013. Application filed on March 14, 2013. PER e-mail: 15 APR 2013. Current status of my application (ECAS): We received your application on March 14, 2013. I haven't heard anything since PER. Should I start to be worried?

Details to my application: FSW with arranged employment (I currently work in Canada); chosen VO: Ottawa, but PER did say were my file was transferred (I am Polish citizen).

Hi to all,
Please if any one can answer my question. When I was applying for fsw2013 my wife giving the last paper of her graduation so I was not able to claim the marks of her education and I was just getting 67 points. I am lucky that I got my PER and meanwhile my wife cleared her last paper. She is doctor now and I will get her degree in next month. Is there any chance if I get her degree evaluate and send it to LVO for claiming some extra points? Is there any possibility like this ?
