NOC 2145 numbers are exhanged with 2144 numbers plz correct

Most probably it's a mistake done by CIC.
As per spreadsheet, we have 7 members got their PER'S under NOC 2145, so how come the cap shows only 4 (not logic... right?)
BTW, this is not the only mistake.... every cap update, they wrongly count the total number, 2785 is not the correct one ... it should be 2794.

well, around 30 ppl get ME, within whom 10 got visa already, But that is light speed HK VO!
For Beijing VO, I am the 1st one get ME on that forum and the only one so far. But I think next week we will have ME rain coz 3-4 ppl get their status changed to "we start to process your application on xxx" for several days already.
More important, Beijing VO do have background check on one applicant already, I think that is why beijing applicants are delayed so much....

How much is the current average gap(in days) between the PER and MR for CPP-O? Also, Are they sending emails for MR or something in writing? My home address in their database is incorrect and I sent emails to CPP-O to correct the address but haven't received any response from them for more than a month.

Please suggest what should I do now?

Hello Guys,

I received my GCMS note today morning. it is 33 pages with too much duplicate details, and too little useful information ... here is a summary

My file was transferred to CPP-O on September 4th and received on September 10th. My file was updated on September 26th with a note that a job offer and updated schedule 3 were received by CPP-O. (September 26th was the latest update, so my file has not been opened since then)

Background check, Security ..etc. (All not started) even the Medical "Not Started" though the deadline for sending the medical was indicated to be September 24th.

I got 72 points .. they counted 3 years of my experience (I have 8 years in total)! (I have 3 years of experience in the NOC that I applied for!!)

There is a note form the officer in CIO that the reference letters from the employers were not verified! ...

That's it! The waiting continues ....

Average gap in calendar days between PER and MR is 70. Range is anywhere between 16 days to 90 days. CPPO will send email for MR.

If I were you, I would wait for their response. My home address in their database is not the way I usually write, so I am kinda in similar boat, but I am not worried about it. I am planning to send them a letter indicating to correct my home address along with my PCC documents.

They received my passport on Oct 31st.

MR was requested on Oct 9th... within a week, medical was done but I don't know when CIC received the medical report.
