How many May applicants are still waiting for AOR from NDVO?

Hi sfcanada, from NDVO tracker , 14 PER guys are waiting for AOR.
But not all NDVO applicants are here in NDVO list.

Wish you will receive yours soon...i too have waited long and had a time when none of lines above or below me were green except me...so all d best.
They sometimes send the mail late with letter dated long back like in my case....AOR mail received on 25th but AOR is dated 17th Oct.
Hope yours is probably lying in outbox of one of visa officers...on the way to your inbox.

Jigzyy many thanks for sharing, though the update has not brought any good news for you and neither for all the LVO applicants including me. We all were of the view that LVO is slow, but this much slow I at least didn't even assume. Anyways few points that I picked from your GCMS info are:

1- Last due date: Though it seems that it is the last time they touched your application. However my view is that it's the original due date by when the LVO was supposed to make the final decision on your case. Similarly the next due date of July 09, 2014 reflects the next date by when the LVO is supposed to finalize the case. Look you received your PER on July 09, 2013 so July 09, 2014 makes it one complete year ............ so called compliance with the minister's statement of one year.

2- From the info you provided The GCMS doesn't reflect the last time they touched your application. Can you help us check what was the last activity and the date and time, if possible?

3- The eligibility not started shows that definitely they “plan” to delay the cases. To comply the next due date of July 09, 2014, I assume that they will initiate the processing by Feb/March 2014. Secondly if they have mentioned “Experience needs to be verified”, means they will definitely contact the organizations to verify the experience further delaying the cases.

I fully support your decision to write to the Minister. I urge other LVO mates to do the same as well. It's always good to highlight the matter to higher authorities seeing other VOs are issuing the MR.

I agree with you, last due date is the date when they have to make a final decision on visa. So, all together they plan to finish the whole process in 1 year after PER. I hope so.

LVO has the biggest plan for PR visas this year. All together they have to issue 14000 under FSW.

DOES ANYBODY FROM NDVO HAVE ACCESS TO GCMS NOTES?

By reading, Jigzzy's posts, I feel NDVO is just sending AOR which is just a acknowledgement that now our file is with New Delhi Visa office.

It does not confirm any further action plan by NDVO.

It may be a scenario that LVO is not sending AOR and we from NDVO receive AOR.

I observed CIC processing times for FSWP webpage where average timelines are there, LVO takes around 23 months and NDVO takes around 19 months... which is not having much difference. :-\ :'( :'(

I hope NDVO soon start some signs of positive move by sending MR to its FSWP 2013 candidates.

As I have said again and again,

None of us will hear anything from LVO / NDVO before 6 months. and anything written in AOR about 7- 10 months is not right. U never know when u will land. Forget the minsiters wording every case is different.

Case Submitted : Feb 2012 to CIC
NDVO : started Processing : Aug 2013 ( ECAS states this date)

So my freinds getting AOR, Medicals , is nothing, we can get stuck in any part escpecially the Security part.

So untill and unless u dont LAND in Canada, Stop wasting space in this forum by writing unnecessary stuff. Save Mother earth.

I am not being pessimist or trying to disappoint anyones expectations, but thats how atleast these 2 VO work.

U got PER not wait and whenever it comes it will come. Evene knocking on their doors wont help.

All i ams saying is Patience. for the next 6 months no movement .

Now with the latest update is it for sure that FSW 2014 won't be happening? I mean is it sure that now EOI will open if in jan 2015, if they are right on time for that oe could be pushed further as they do most of time or there is possibility that with lower intake there could be FSW 2014 for lat time before EOI comes into action.....

I think you answered your queries indirectly but seems some part of your brain is in denial mode. Logically if they want to implement EOI in 2015, they would like to finish application backlog in 2014 rather than introducing new applicants.

It is PER not AOR. Congrats & ur status is updated.

U should send ur PCC only when NDVO asks for it.

Yes, I received PER and my VO is Cairo.
Application filed 5th of June, fee encashed 20th of August and PER received 26th of August...nd waiting for next step

Thanks Javiya. I was looking at general tracker and seems there are lots of greens but my gut feel says people didnt bother to update the forum. I am more inclined to reference NDVO tracking list

My application was returned back on 6th september. I got this information by mail. it was deemed incomplete. I want to know how many days does it take to come here in nepal? I have not received yet.
