Hi,

Today I went to the registrar office to get the birth certificate for my wife.
But as her birth was not registered, they refused to give the certificate.

Is there any alternative to the birth certificate for spouse? Any notrasied copies of matriculation certificate/passport or any affidavit?

Any suggestions would be useful.

Hi,

You can get a Non Availability Certificate (under section 17 of the registration of Births) FORM 10.

If this certificate is not in English ,translate in English and get Notary.

By July 15th CIC processed 265 applications under 0211. As you applied today you don't have any chance to be in 300 Cap

You can apply under NOC 2243 if your roles match under it But you need to take up IElTS again. 5.5 is not accepted score. You need to have atleast 6 in each module. Better to take IELTS again.

Someone posted if I have received my GCMS notes or not yet, the answer is no.. I guess, it'll take another 10 days to get. I am sure they're generated, but they haven't sent it.

These 10 days will be painfully slow ... Every LVO applicant is waiting to see what your CGMS notes say

True say. I am also waiting for gcms notes of jigzy as he is early applicant of fsw 2013 and his status will reflect what is happening in LVO.
