I didn't translate it since it has all the items written in both Serbian Cyrillic and English alphabet, except the name itself is written in Cyrillic only. So I presumed that would be okay.
Well, maybe it would - but I suppose in that case I should really put my name in "native" language also in Cyrillic, which I didn't really do. :-\

What are other peoples views on that - were you translating your national IDs and passports?
What do you plan to do?

You better do the translation, I am from Croatia and I have translated both national ID and my passport. I did it that way because I sent notarized copies and when you have notary statement on your national language it shoul be accompanyed with certified english translation. I'm not saying it's mandatory but I didn't want to gamble with it..

Thanks. I will not send the form today as the DHL will close within 20 minutes. I have to wait another 2 days.

In the 3rd page of this letter, can anyone explain me point 6

Does this mean we cant submit 2 separate applications one from husband and one from wife or does this mean we cant include 2 generic application forms (one for applicant and one for spouse) in a single application..

I have submitted two separate applications one for me and one for my spouse for two different NOCs as we both have our occupations in the list of 24.

Both applications reached Canada with a difference of one day.

I am worried now
