So basically on the Additional Dependents form, I added back the same details I did on the Generic form.

If there are more pages to Appendix C, would you please upload them for all. Sorry for asking; I actually do not want to trouble you after all that you have been through.

Did you check , using the CC online by entering old card # exp date and cvv code? for swiping it wont be a problem for atleast 30 days but you need to check if its working even with old expiry and cvv with an online txn.

Guys, in anticipation of above, I had requested HDFC Bank to issue me a chip card & I got the new Visa Signature (chip card) from HDFC on my request without waiting for them to send it. IMP: my earlier card (Mastercard World- from HDFC ) is also working fine at the moment". Any spend done on my earlier cards gets added in the same account statement (bill for new CC details).. so you guys need not worry- your old card will continue to work for some time at least !!

I have applied for the NOC 2174 Computer programmer, currently I'm not a programmer exactly I'm an IT Consultant.
however I used to work as a programmer for many years according to CIC that I must have to work in the applied NOC at leastt 1 year in the past 10 years & this is true for me.

My question is do I have to work for the same NOC exactly if I got the PR, or it would be fine as it 's in the same field.
Does this affect my app assessment by the CIC by any means?

I hope so. I noticed the signature part since "Signature of Applicant or Parent/Legal Guardian for a person less than 18 years of age". I'm his wife not his child so that means we made a mistake by the submitting the form when we shouldn't have. It's like he made a declaration of having kids but he doesn't. I'm freaking out now.

Just noticing another thing.

In order to show the total funds, we submitted two bank certificates with account balances for

1. My husband and his mom
2. My husband and I

Would it be an issue seeing that his mom is on the account?

You can work in any job once you get PR. In general it shouldn't affect your application at all.

no, don't stress. I think 50% of people don't send the PCC as it generally expires before the process is over.

Man, it's just a one liner. With this trend from CIC, I'd strongly suggest YOU don't leave any excuse for officers. Write it right now in your cover letter.

Are you from Serbia? If you are, I have a question for you regarding ID:
Did you translate your ID card? Mine is in cyrillic, so I guess we should translate it too?

I am and no I didn't translate my ID, nor passport. But now that you mention it, i'm not sure I did good. Well, I won't be sending my app at least for a week more, so I have plenty of time.

I didn't translate it since it has all the items written in both Serbian Cyrillic and English alphabet, except the name itself is written in Cyrillic only. So I presumed that would be okay.
Well, maybe it would - but I suppose in that case I should really put my name in "native" language also in Cyrillic, which I didn't really do. :-\

What are other peoples views on that - were you translating your national IDs and passports?
What do you plan to do?

for birth certificate used 10th mark sheet where husband's mother's name is Shabana Paarveen Different than that what is on passport Parveen Begum....so in Additional family info his mother's name Parveen Begum is different than that of the birth Proof
Does this make difference....
