Hi, guys:

Just checked ECAS and found the 2nd line appears, shows "2. We started processing your application on September 17, 2013." Who can tell me what does it indicate?

I already received RBVO email on 4th Sep. and no further information from then.

I already contacted my director and hopefully he can help.

one question everybody, can I use VIRTUAL Credit Card?
because I want to be updated about any transaction that could be done when I apply again (of course if the cap is still open).
I will not use DD this time
so please all wish me luck and I HOPE I CAN STILL BE ON TIME TO APPLY :(
