Just checked ECAS and found the 2nd line appears, shows "2. We started processing your application on September 17, 2013." Who can tell me what does it indicate?

I already received RBVO email on 4th Sep. and no further information from then.

Make sure in your referral letter from the organization you are working/worked the following are stated:
1. Duties - if you are a structural engineer, it may contain the project you designed, supervised, etc.
2. Duration - Your position and their duration
3. Full time - if possible indicate the number of hours per week
4. Salary - your present salary and preferably you include your payslips or tax certificates to strengthen your claims
5. Contact details of the person signing your letter.

one question everybody, can I use VIRTUAL Credit Card?
because I want to be updated about any transaction that could be done when I apply again (of course if the cap is still open).
I will not use DD this time
