Hi, what is your ECAS status, does it show the 2nd line "2. We started processing your application on xxxxx xx, 2013." or still only one line indicates your application is received?

Hi, guys: Just checked ECAS and found the 2nd line appears, shows "2. We started processing your application on September 17, 2013." Who can tell me what does it indicate? I already received RBVO email on 4th Sep. and no further information from then.

I think 2nd option would be better. CIC website recommends in this way. You will fill in a range of questions and submit, and I believe what Singapore office gets is still an email (automatically generated based on your input) but with comprehensive info of you.

I am 2147 as well and my fee was encahsed on 13th Aug and my application was received on 29th May, so you can suppose CIC is processing 2147 applicants around 8th June now. However +/-5 days range is also applicable for any individual case so don't worry too much.

congrats to all those who received PER today... one small question, when will UCI be generated? There are several options: 1. After application received by CIC but before fee encash 2. After fee encash but before PER 3. After PER Based on my experience so far it should be 1. My CC was charged...

Your fee is not encashed but you got an UCI? I thought UCI will only be available after fee encash..... Anyone could explain the processing flow of this?

When I check online with my UCI number, shall I input with xxxx-xxxx, or xxxxxxxx without a "-" in between? Thanks!

I called again with my UCI input and it is correct because it can identify on which date my application was received. But I still can not find my info on ECAS. Someone said as soon as fee encashed the system will turn to "In progress" but it seems not the truth...

I called CIC and got my UCI number. I checked with this number online but can not find my information, it shows: "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." Anyone can advise what is happening? Is UCI a 8 digit number?

Have you acquired you UCI by calling CIC?

I made a statistics over the spreadsheet and found most people are receiving PER around 80-85 days after their application arrives in CA. We are all around 85 days till now so I think it will come soon.

Does it mean others are less likely to receive PER today, as it's approaching noon time in NS now and the automatic PER emails should have been sent out... Anyone who received PER pls advice, thanks
