Another Important notice is that ECAS status "in process" is NOT equals to PER.
One chinese guy get REJECTED coz his point is 66 only, that rejection happens after his cc get charged and ECAS show "in process".
So guys, our assumption that "cc charged means PER" is WRONG.
Those getting UCI and ECAS status, pls pay more attention to ur PER.

This message is very much frustrating for me.My little hope is dimmed now.My 16th May application shows in process in ECAS.By mail,CIC informs that its still under review.No PER mail is received.So,if I want to resend application in NOC 0211 ,is it possible to reach within cap or be returned ?

Pls suggest me wise guys.

it may be possible bt in your case.....i dont think so....

bcoz ur file is not returned yet.....while so many applicant got their package back...who have applies same n later date to u....so still u hv a brighter chance....

bt i guess u hv sent status enquiry email ..... .....3rd time too....

The timeline provided by VO is hypothetical and assumptions based not real life.
If anyone points you towards any Manuals or Videos , please say them its generic and not connected to any real life timeline. Not even the guy writing the manuals would know what the timeline for landing is...Hope this message is loud and clear to my dear forum members especially one..

Think they are returning applications with cheapest possible non recorded service. Not sure which one though ...

I just joined the network, I see lot of message exchange here, I Applied for NOC 2174 and file received to CIO on June 19, as per my Courier tracking but till now i do not have any response from CIO, and when i called the Call centre they asked me to mail CIO I did 2 times but no reply, any comments, thanks
