If there is the case of CC charge and then rejection,this is a bit unclear to me because as far as I understand they charge CC/encash DD only after points are calculated and applicant has at least 67 points.Otherwise isn't the process a bit complicated(as in A->C->B rather than A->B->C) because rejected applicants as far as I know will be getting their money back or not charged at all(if points don't at least meet the threshold).Will be grateful if someone please explains or clarifies.Thanks.

Confirm that you are a 2012 applicant ...If this is the case you need to contact your VO URGENTLY as it seems they may have forgotten about you..........or just dragging their feet.

Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately, it does not look good for 1112 applicants after 27 May. The best thing is to email CIO to ask for status. However, I would recommend you to start thinking about a plan B.

My guess is, since you had applied before 4th Sep 13, you do not come under FSW13 stream. As per Minister Kenney, FSW13 applicants would be processed under modified guidelines (More points given for Language proficiency, Educational credentials to be obtained thro' CIC approved organisations - which considerably reduces the workload of CIC to verify the Educational documents-, revised points for Age and experience etc..)
I sincerely hope from 4thMay13 onwards, applications would be processed comparatively faster than previous years. However as everyone knows, Immigration process is very lengthy and frustrating.
