You have any idea how much time frame was said to 2010,2011,2012 ndvo applicants
Just like 2013 are given 10 months time frame and contact from vo in 6 months

I have been checking updates on Trackitt.com for 2013 FSWP and other than the express case for the Petoria applicants that have already gotten their Visa I noticed the following updates:

Applicant 3- CPP-O VO- September 6th-Meds Request

So it seems that some Vo's are definitely working...despite the strike.

Am traveling these days, and more jealous to see 3 In HKVO get their DM, among which 2 get their visa already. Check link below for their timeline!

Another Important notice is that ECAS status "in process" is NOT equals to PER.
One chinese guy get REJECTED coz his point is 66 only, that rejection happens after his cc get charged and ECAS show "in process".
So guys, our assumption that "cc charged means PER" is WRONG.
Those getting UCI and ECAS status, pls pay more attention to ur PER.

Please refer to my earlier post and I am saying it again "Just getting ur CC charged or UCI does not mean u will get PER, There can be NER as I had faced this before, Just because CIC is not issuing any NER does not mean they have changed their process, Its still the same, New book old cover""
So by calling call centre and getting UCI anf writing yipeeeee and wasting forum space makes no sense.

The only important thing is """ getting the PER"""

Unfortunately BJ VO is very dry either, NO ME including myself! :'(
Tat poor guy whose ECAS shows "In process" Cc is charged at july, can see the "we received your application...." but no PER after that until he received NER.
This is totally changed our assumption.
So NER is possible after cc is charged.

What is this certain period,six monthes? From which date,how cqn I know is my file in Vienna office already?

You can send an e-mail to them and that's the only way to find out if your app has reached Vienna. I cannot say how many months... It is case specific. It can be tomorrow, 4 months, 6, 12?? We have to be patient

If there is the case of CC charge and then rejection,this is a bit unclear to me because as far as I understand they charge CC/encash DD only after points are calculated and applicant has at least 67 points.Otherwise isn't the process a bit complicated(as in A->C->B rather than A->B->C) because rejected applicants as far as I know will be getting their money back or not charged at all(if points don't at least meet the threshold).Will be grateful if someone please explains or clarifies.Thanks.

We have one member in our spreadsheet whose cc was charged on 1st August, ECAS Status In Process, still he did not receive PER.

His points was 66 though, if God forbid he gets rejected then it would be same case as huang said.

Got a mail from CIC. File not accepted/ rejected due to one reason ...want to reapply again as I am still eligible if I produce one more doc...could you please suggest as the 3211 cap has still not got full...
Questions are:
Will my file be sent back to me?
I need to submit whole file again along wide file charges,right?
If yes, den do I need to send bank balance certificate?
And, my original ielts is wide CIC? How to send an ielts which is not wid me now? How to inform them?
Will i get any refund of file charges which got rejected?

Guys plz help if u can as I want to reapply for this by coming Friday..

It can take quite a while to get your docs back.
If you can, get duplicate certificates ASAP and send a whole new complete file without waiting for the old to be returned.

Thanks but this shows their application processing timeline
I want to know when they received aor just like now ndvo people received with average processing time 10 months
Was it 10 months same for them too
If so that means fsw2013 applications at ndvo will take around similar processing time of nearly 3 yrs
