Hello everyone.

I applied under NOC 1112 and my application was received on 06 June 2013. Till date I haven't received any written acknowledgement (email or post) from CIC.

Any advise will be much appreciated.

The CAP got filled around May 27, so You will not hear anything from CIC. Most probably your package is on it's way back.

There have been a few 1112 applicants that had their file return due to cap being full, they submitted early June too. Its likely that yours could be on its way back, but you can CIC or email them. Otherwise, wait a week or so.

LVO NEWS!!! Guys, some not very encouraging news, even though this might be a different case.

Someone who has applied under FSW2 (arranged employment), has received PER in February 2013, and no medical request yet.
I just asked the question if they have contacted LVO to confirm their application is received by LVO.

my applivcation received 6th june 2263 and i got email from cio that my application has been received and awaiting initial processing,does it mean my application not its way back due incompleteness.

It says...

Our records indicate an email was sent to you on 16 Aug 2013 advising your application was being transferred to the visa office. As we no longer hold the file we cannot comment on the file. Please contact the visa office in New Delhi.

"

Taking it as partial AOR.. He He .. C'mon NDVO speed up and send out the emails

It was my consultant who guided me to send 10th certificate as date of birth proof but when I asked the same question here in this forum everyone gave me negative reply and told that my application would be returned. Instead, it happened opposite and I got PER also.
Same is happening with "PROOF OF FUNDS" issue. When my consultant is telling me to show fund, forum members r saying opposite.
Even when I gave u 2011 links, u r still not taking it. There is no harm in prepaing urself in advance.

i agree.. even i m doing the same.. coz if local VO ask for it .. we cannot come up wid excuses

Didn't CIC notified that NOC 1112 reached its cap on 18 August instead of 27 May?
