kkk, there is no need to submit transcripts again....ECA is equivalent to transcripts and you did it right by sending xerox copies of educational documents.

Hi Guys,

As I told you earlier, my application got returned , the reason was Form IM0008, page 2 missing. I now checked in the package all the forms were in place. page no 1 & 2 were stuck together. They were not even stuck, but I just tried to separated with my fingers and they separated. God knows how these CIC guys check the application form. Is there anything I can do now, I mean can I make a claim that the application file wrongly returned. Please let me know at the earliest.

That's highly unprofessional behavior from CIC. I think they hire part timers and tell them to check as many as they can to get higher pay salary.
U can not claim anything in this case since CIC do not keep record of returned application.
It was just ur hard luck in this case.

Thanks for your quick reply amit. I am resending the application. Do I need to fill in a new form or can I use the same form and send back the application as it is.

Please fill the up to date forms and resend immediately.

Old forms must have been ticked by CIC....Resend with new, clear and legible forms.

Frens, I haven't herd anything from ndvo yet... Fellow forumites who got PER later than I did, have already received AOR.

I have already sent the query through the portal to NDVO...But their automatic email says 28 working days for response....

Is there any other way to get to know the status ??

Hi Seniors,

Please help me with your answers for my Queries :

1) I have followed the suggestions of our forum members and submitted by application to CIC on my own. Do i need to include the form Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] because i have not attached with my application package

2) In my application included my wife, 1 year old kid as dependents and both of them are not accompanying me to Canada. Please let me know do they also have to undergo the medicals along with me or me alone for medicals is enough.

I have sent my application package to CIC on 7th September 2013 for NOC 2147. Any chances of my application picked with in before the CAP gets filled.

Answers for the queries raised is much appreciated.

Just would like to explain my thoughts about will my application within NOC 2147 be in quota or not. I'm writing this here because our forum member youssefazmi asked me by PM, but unfortunately I don't have enough posts (strange rule) here to be able reply him by PM.

So here we go
I think my application could be in cap even if it was reached CIC office in the beginning of September I've done some research of posts in this topic and figured out that some of applications reached office at the beginning of August were given PER. Because of that I made conclusion that current 179 accepted applications include also August applications, so I hope that if everything clear with my documents (I think this is most important part to be processed as fast as possible), like there are all required documents, police clearance papers and so on, I will be given PER at the end of month

So this is my optimistic thoughts and lets hope that I didn't forget to sign some form or include some important document

very sad to know their ignorance caused u a big trouble.try go resent if cap Izmir.not.filled.did they assign u uci no.or written on ur forms
