I have forgot to mention category i.e. 0211 Engineering Managers on the application envelope, however it is mentioned in the form. Will CIO reject the application for this mistake??

For question number one
Yes it is a must to fill this form even if you are not using a representative.

For cap limit just hope for the best and pray ;D ;D

are appointing a representative; or

Considering the above from guide 7000 i have sent my application without the Use of a Representative form.

Hi Seniors,
Please help me with your answers for my Queries :
1) I have followed the suggestions of our forum members and submitted by application to CIC on my own. Do i need to include the form Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] because i have not attached with my application package
2) In my application included my wife, 1 year old kid as dependents and both of them are not accompanying me to Canada. Please let me know do they also have to undergo the medicals along with me or me alone for medicals is enough.
I have sent my application package to CIC on 7th September 2013 for NOC 2147. Any chances of my application picked with in before the CAP gets filled.
Answers for the queries raised is much appreciated.

Medical requirements

All applicants must undergo a medical examination.You and your family members, whether they will be accompanying you or not, must undergo and pass a medical examination. To pass the medical examination you or your family members must not have a condition that:is a danger to public health or safety, orwould cause excessive demand on health or social services in Canada.Examples of “excessive demand” include ongoing hospitalization or institutional care for a physical or mental illness

Just would like to explain my thoughts about will my application within NOC 2147 be in quota or not. I'm writing this here because our forum member youssefazmi asked me by PM, but unfortunately I don't have enough posts (strange rule) here to be able reply him by PM.

So here we go
I think my application could be in cap even if it was reached CIC office in the beginning of September I've done some research of posts in this topic and figured out that some of applications reached office at the beginning of August were given PER. Because of that I made conclusion that current 179 accepted applications include also August applications, so I hope that if everything clear with my documents (I think this is most important part to be processed as fast as possible), like there are all required documents, police clearance papers and so on, I will be given PER at the end of month

So this is my optimistic thoughts and lets hope that I didn't forget to sign some form or include some important document

Thanks . Barako . I'm also NOC 2147 applicant's , You know now 179 already fillup and CIC charged for June 18th last ( daringnaren ) as per spreadsheet . so it is very poor possiblity to reach the CAP for August / September applicant's . May be Mid July applicant's will get chance .

1. are there any june aplicants here ? if yes.. pls i need some enlightenment. i feel worried everyday.! pls connect wd me.
2. if in case my creditcard will be charged.. what will happen afterwards.. ?

Hello my application reached on 13th June.I have not heard as yet as well.So we are in the same boat.Let's see what happens.

Upto 14 June only got PER
10 to 15 days after CC charge you will get your PER
Most probably ... next week we will start to here from 17-20 June applicants.

I'm kind of nervous now because I see a lot of July applicants and they are worring about CAP under 2147...so the "179" applications under 2147 mean not just # of obtained full packages, but those whos applications are in process? And we, end of August applicants, might not get into quota....
