Dear Forum Members, Good day to you all,

Can any body please suggest me that what to do now as there was a mistake in filling the Form Schedule 1: Background Declaration, I forgot to add latest address in question 12 (List of Addresses, where applicant lived since last 10 years).

What can I do now because my file was received there a week ago, I don't have any tracking number etc, how can I resubmit the new/revised form to them ? hoping for your valuable comments

Some of our forum members had successfully attached/replaced forms after sending the main envelope. You must send it now, with a cover letter containing your first name, family name, parcel tracking number, date, time and name of receiver.
Explain what happened and that you want to replace a form with the one you are sending.

In my opinion, this is not one of the things people in CIO care about. This is more like a Visa Office job to check addresses, but I encourage you to send the correct form anyway.
