Yeah man this is the 2nd time..first was that the Generic Form was updated only on the 4th May after the checklist and schedule 3 were updated and many people in earlier time zones submitted the old form (12-2012) including me..I had to recall the old package which was supposed to arrive on 7 May 2013 and sent a whole new package with the new generic form (4-2013) on 8 May which arrived next Mon 13 May. We had to call UPS in my country and Canada and beg them to stop the delivery as their call centre did not work on weekends, and we were so scared that the package would be received by CIC, and CIC would return our application because we submitted the old form..these days were so terrible..We could not even sleep or eat..And now I am so scared our application will not even make it within the cap..

Our first ever experience with Canada and unfortunately not a good one..totally disappointed.

I doubt strongly this post is true. I am not even sure if well calculated, he would get a score of 67 although he is claiming 67 on points. Please we should just ignore him and wait for the real news which I expect to start pouring in in another 1o working days. I said 10 because we are placing a minimum and not too sure myself. CIC is doing a tough job sorting loads of documents from almost all countries of the world including the USA

Only God can answer your question. No one works for CIC here. So my advise is carry on and remain hopeful.

I am still eagerly waiting to congratulate the first person to get their CC charged or DD en-cashed and well as the Cap update from CIC. Since Spill.over, just spammed and scrammed, I have to doubt the validity of his/her statement. I was also surprised that NOC 1112 was not filled up to the 25th of May, that would indeed be a wonderful thing, but seemed somewhat unlikely. All the best to the applicants still awaiting updates on their files already received at CIO, don't be troubled by the alarmists and God-speed to all the applicants still preparing their packages.

P.S. Spill.over if your CC did indeed get charged, it would be good for you to come forward and clarify some things for us.

I feel a cap update coming on ......Happy Waiting Everyone.

Hi Jigzzy, see you have been doing an excellent job while I was out, I will have to +1 for that For persons receiving applications.....where is Sandr?, I know one applicant is worried that his was the only one received by that person. Also McLead and Miller. I think all the Margetti's are the same. Just incorrect spelling by courier/user.

Maybe Spillover meant that the charge to his/her cc card was the courier charge? The "yahooo!" statement was probably that the application package got finally delivered.

Guys when & how do we know that our application is complete and CIC will start working on it. I have sent my app today, lets see when does it get there to NS.

You don't know until your CC gets charged, or somehow you managed to know from Bank that DD is encashed or when you get PER.

I don't think it is true, if that guy is encashed on may 17th why other ppl here never report? That is much wierd than that encashed on may 30th. As there is no other background info for this May 17th thing, I would think he is applying with other program or so. For the lucky guy who got cc encashed on may 30th, I would believe in him. Cannot believe ppl here posting a breaking news just for joke. So, let's wait for more good news.
