If you have been to university, I assume you will have an adequate grasp of English? If you do speak English, it is likely your boss does as well. So I cannot see why language should be a barrier.
Anyway, back to the point. CIC calling employers is good news as opposed to them just rejecting FSW applications outright as they do not understand something in the job description. Hope this helps...
