Your file is perfect..Nothing is required to mention here thay your wife name is changed after marriage.Surname always get change after marriage and for that you have already put the marriage copy.Thats it nothing else is required.

To provide details of my case, I have included my wife's name in the application as dependent.Provided her post marriage details in the application form. She already had got her new passport with her new name and I too have got my passport showing her as my spouse.I had also send our marriage certificates as proof of relationship and birth certificates.

However, I have not send the affidavit which we had done earlier saying that her name is change from x to new name y along with other documents while sending the application.

Will this hinder my case ??

my brother is in Toronto and I had sent my complete documents to him earlier and waited for WES report which was posted to him.

He sent the complete doc from Toronto.

UPS delivers overnight from Toronoto.

You Just Stay CALM!

DONT WORRY AT ALL!

I am 100% sure there wont be any problem as my cousin applied for PR in 2010 year against some pharma related NOC.

They were not having updated passport after marriage but they include marriage certificate and It works.

Once you get AOR number from CIC then you can send copy of both of your and your wife's passport and along with AOR number.They will update on their system. No worry right now.

BUT I STRONGLY ADVISE TO APPLY FOR NEW PASSPORT FOR YOU N YOUR WIFE.

Hi fsw2174....I have already sent my documents with marriage certificate but neither my wife passport nor mine was renewed after marriage(to add spouse name in my passport)....Shall I get it modified now both the passports or shall I wait for this process to get over????

There are 14 out of 41 applications for New Delhi Visa Office under 2174. About 34.15% of the total applicants on the forum.
Second position goes to Ottawa VO, that are about 8 / 41. 19.51%.

These two combined Visa Offices has over 53.66% applications out of total.
