I haven't received my AOR but I had to email the London VO last week to request a change on my address, they reply to me within 2 days and I emailed them back asking them to confirm if my application was already in London as I want to send the police certificates and they reply to me again saying "Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. It has reached our London office"...good news I guess

Hi, can you give me the email address of London VO. I would like to do the same as what you did since I received an email from CIO that my file was currently transferred to VO.

Great,, so according to IVR method ur payment has been encashed and u r sure to get the PER soon .. !

Im 23rd may too havent been charged yet and IVR doesnt say anything.. I dont know what is going on? Hope they just forgot to send out a bunch of email./. UGhhh this wait it driving me nuts.. Something has to happen this week.. OH godd please help us ??? ??? ???

Does it ask for ur Birth Year ?

Thanks Ram, @ DD2211 can you please confirm whats the difference between AOR & PER? What should I expect next? When shall I get my PCC done? How long PCC is valid?

Do you guys think May 2013 is moving fast?

Dear Kate, AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt..... Is send by Local VO(country specific) And PER is Positive Evaluation Report. Is send by CIC, this is the confirmation that your file has been accepted for further processing. After this CIC will transfer your file to Local VO for processing.

PCC validity is different for coutry wide. As per my understanding we are having Max.6 months validity. For Gujarat(India) candidate PCC will be issued by RPO/Police commisioner office only after PCC request received by VO.... We need to present that letter with PCC form at RPO(Regional PAssport Office)....It will take 20/30 days...

I got the 8 digit UCI.I entered the 8 digit number on the IVR system with year of birth,But it directs me to the call centre.......
It does not answer the date of application & neither does it answer the status of applicatiom.It directs to the call centre
Lady says please check after 1 week time.
Keeping fingres crossed till the next communication from CIC....

UCI is just a unique identity number given to ur file. It means that they have received ur file.
It doesn't mean u will get the PER or fee will be encashed.

Yes, you can go ahead with filing...

i have done b.sc with electronics as principal subject ,my job experience in 90% match with NOC 2243 industrial instrument and mechanic am i eligible for the same NOC under fswp ?
Will they consider my education for the same and award me the points for the same i think point for bachelor degree is 21 then my points will be 70 for required 67 in fswp?

can any one hepl me?

Got 8 digit UCI, not PER ... now seems this UCI aint of great help as I put it in the IVR system and it DIDN'T say my app received on .... So either my DD hasn't been encashed or app is on its way back ... Problem is, I am totally unaware what has really happened ...

Is this IVR system method a proven one ?

What is the difference between AOR & PER? I have receievd the letter stating below... Is it an AOR letter or PER letter?

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation...............
Also when shall I get my PCC?

Hi guys,

Just spoke with my consultant and she advised that even the returned app have a UCI no. assigned.

According to her the file has not been actioned yet else they should have given me the UCI no.

whats ur thought??
