hi guys, just wanted to ask. my current employer issued me my request for a reference/employee certification but it didn't have the following information:

 The number of hours worked per week in each position

do you think this will be a problem?

Hi Zac, get an introductory letter from your HR THAT YOU WORKED IN that organization and tell HR to include working hour per week. It's mendatory.

What is the difference between AOR & PER? I have receievd the letter stating below... Is it an AOR letter or PER letter?

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation...............
Also when shall I get my PCC?

Pcc is valid for one year. AOR is an acknowledgement letter from ur VIsa office that they receive ur file and star processing.

One of the guy asked for pcc within very short time. Having pcc takes 20 days to 60 days( if u need from fbi and in USA) so as you got PEr better to start it now for u and ur dependance.

In india, on releiving come experience letter of most of organizations its only mention.[ name, DOJ and DOL, Badge id and designation ] but not the working hours andnorthe job responsibilitys.

will that be a problem ?

Some companies may provide the letter without the working hours. But do attach your letter of appointment as those details are in there and that could work as well. If you notice they did say that additional document can be provided such as pay slips and relevant document that gives all the information that they may need.

In India (delhi), it takes minimum 2-3 week for PCC.
I got mine in 22 days.

Thats surprising as I have got mine within hours on the same day. I applied it in Chennai PSK office and waited and collected it.

i submitted payslip for 2 companies and apointment letter for 2 out of 4. For rest i gave exp. letter only.
