hi guys, just wanted to ask. my current employer issued me my request for a reference/employee certification but it didn't have the following information:

 The number of hours worked per week in each position

Given the trending in the cap, hot NOC's for 2013 is nothing compared to the hot NOC's of 2011 with regards to the volume of the applications vs. timeline. What do you think caused this? Was it because of the 2012 pause in FSW and some people are not in the momentum to submit their applications?

I don't think it's cause for concern. Does it state whether it was full-time employment?

hi Gru! thanks for the response. yes it does say that, with inclusive month and years (had 3 positions for this company).

The eligibility criteria is tougher this year especially with the ECA requirements. People that were ready to submit in April suddenly had more documents to gather/wait for etc.

Hi All,

Sorry to break rhythm of all exciting CC charged news.. just wanted a very quick advise.
I submitted my application on 29th July for 2147. I sent Account Balance Certificate as Proof of Fund along with the application.
So, can I withdraw the balance from my account now or should I wait till the time PER is received / VO clears the file? Can CIC ask to produce account statement once again? If they can ask then I will maintain the balance else will withdraw it.. please suggest.

Hey My Friend,
You are absolutely right on this cause they are counting the complete application not the PER. Because I have seen a lot of guyz are getting UCI and able to check their status in the ECAS. SO there is nothing to worry I guess. For hot NOC i think they will count till first week of June for other NOC is gonna be a long race to chase....

Totally agree!!! An i believe the cap of 300 for NOC 1112 could possibly go up to 1st week July
