My call got disconnected after 1 hour, 59 minutes and 59 seconds and I didn't realize since there was anyways no waiting line music. I don't know if it was my own provider. Really frustrating for fuck's sake. Wasted 2 hours.

That happened to me the first 5 times. Could only hear the wait music and an announcement that the executive is busy.
