No, B2+. Spend some time reading through the requirements. B2 is your baseline score, but it won't get you CLB7. You need to be on the higher end of B2, which is B2+.
CLB7, B2+ in one from what I remember, others were C1. About the timeline, things you should know:
1. I was casually preparing for ~ 2 years, with a lot more focus on work, my own companies, etc. Was good at french, but was overlooking a few shortcomings when it came to the exam. Got 3 B2+ and one B2 2 or 3 times (which isn't CLB7)
2. Spent 5 months fixing my shortcomings and got CLB7 in the very first attempt.
I know people who have reached CLB7 in a year (Google Youtube and you'll find many of them).
