i have just started and can write writing task 1 by myself with good grammer in limited time. what do you think how much time i can take to do french its been only 3 months
Eight months with very focused studies and the help of a tutor. Otherwise longer.

Very hard for me to answer that. Can take 9 months to 1.5 years depending upon how serious you are about it. If you are spending 3-4 hours everyday and laser targeted on fixing your mistakes - you will be there in 7-9 months. Keep giving TEF after 2 months or so to see where you truly stand. Once you are at couple of B2+ and one B2, you are closer. But if you are B1 in all - you are 6 months away (minimum).

Focus mostly on writing and speaking. Listening and reading are rather easy to get CLB 7.

You don't need to use high level language, you need to sound fluent and natural. And you will get you clb 7.
