I dont know what documents they are asking for (you did not specify a link for us to follow), but whatever they are, you MUST have one of them. If you don't, you have to get one before you can complete and submit your application.
oh sorry here is the link: I m not able to copy the lines that's y I asked you this way but forgot to put the link:

*********One (1) document from three (3) of the following sets of options:********

Is that website where you actually downloaded your forms from, or did you link that as an example?

You (technically your spouse, the applicant) need to provide those documents (one document from any 3 of those options they gave you) if you and your spouse are currently living together. If you are not living together, then your spouse needs to move to the next line, the one that starts with "If you are not living together..."

Again, all of this information is in the complete guide I linked you to earlier.

For all of these do my husband have to submit all of his family national identity cards copies and birth certificatess?? he has very big family 4 brothers and 5 sisters and mother. does he has to submit all of his family members copies? plus one of his brother moved to Germany does he has to submit his copies too even though he is not in Pakistan?

and what is this family booklet??? I don't understand this.... plz help

and also the first ques in which they asked if you do not have status in Canada please explain on a separate sheet.... like what does he has to explain???? I mean I didn't get this... its so complicated. they ask for so many things I got headache now while reading all this

*If you(the applicant) are living in Canada, provide proof of your status in Canada (e.g. copy of temporary resident visa, study permit or work permit, temporary resident permit, including out of status documentation). If you do not have status in Canada, please provide an explanation on a separate piece of paper, as well a copy of any paperwork you have that is relevant to your status.

* Birth certificates or baptismal certificates for yourself and all family members, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not.

*Copies of national identity cards (for yourself and all family members, if applicable), if issued by your country of citizenship or residence.

*A copy of your family booklet, if issued by your country of nationality.
According to the guide, "Family Member" means only the applicant's spouse (if the spouse is not the sponsor), and any dependent children.

If he is not currently in Canada, and is applying from outside of Canada, there's nothing for him to explain. That part is only for applicants currently in Canada and applying from inside Canada.

If your country does not issue family booklets, ignore that line and move on to the next. Not everything will apply to you/your husband's situation.

PLEASE read at least the basic guide, as most of these questions are answered there.

I have one more question. the form IMM 0008 this needs to be filled by the principal applicant which is my husband right? who lives in Pakistan.

In question no 3 they asked How many family members, including you, are in this application? ( does he has to write 1 or 2?) does he has to include me in total.?

in this form they ask for Dependant too. so does he has to write my name and date of birth and all my personal details in that section? coz beside me there is no other dependant we don't have kids.

Dependents are children, so no children = no dependents.

I put 1 for my application, I did not include my sponsor.

You'll have to fill in the end date box once you print it out. It's okay to fill in answers like that by hand. I believe my husband put "N/A" for the end date of his current employment. As for how to write your income, I'm not sure. My instinct is to average what you've made over the time you've worked there so you have a monthly average, but I don't know if that's the preferred way to do it.

Your choice doesnt have any effect on your application, it's a voluntary consent question. If they for some reason believe your marriage is not genuine and open an investigation into you, do you want your spouse to be able to get information about the results of that investigation? You have to make the choice for yourself, I honestly dont remember what box we ticked. But other way, it won't effect your application if you don't consent

It's your opportunity to share any information about your relationship that you were unable to share or unable to fully explain in other parts of the form/application package, or information that you think will support your claim of a legitimate relationship. I didnt include anything here so I don't have any suggestions for what to put there, but that's basically what they're asking for
