Did they ask for a reference letter?

Is this a spousal app? Reference letters not usually required for spousal apps.
Yes it is for my spouse... they haven't for reference letter as of now.. so basically we just mention the job change in 5669 and not provide reference letter

Since they do not ask anywhere for reference letter, that means you do not need to provide one.

Name of mother in my passport is different from the name in moms National id card. I have filled my mother name as per my passport. But i have asked to fill Schedule A background declaration form. Now, in mother details it is asked to put mothers family name at birth. What shall i write here? If i go as per my passport, will it be any issue? Or i simply declare her birth name.

Mother's ne at birth is mother's name at birth. Put that, because it would be truthful.

Hi,
I received a request for PC and medical because it has been more than a year since we submitted our application. I have received IMM 5669 scheduled A form for both myself and my spouse. My question is i moved to Bahrain for 5 months, came back and applied for divorce.
Do i need to declare my stay in Bahrain? I have already declared my divorce in the application.
Also can someone’s please share the latest IMM 5669 form.

Hello friends I received PCC schedule A and Additional family information form should I send the PCC Scan copy to warsaw VO online so it will be fine?in letter mention provide with in 30 days.. should I send them to email which I received these request documents??? Please help thank you

PLEASE HELP

I made a bit of a mistake by missing the 30-day deadline for submitting a new IMM5669 as I didn't see the request.

Context:
• AOR April 2021
• 10th June 2022
- Email in the morning from IRCC with subject "We sent you a message about your application". I checked my portal and it was a request for another medical as my previous one was over a year ago.
- Email in the afternoon from IRCC with subject "We are waiting to hear from you!". I either checked my portal and didn't see an update, or assumed it related to the message regarding my medical.
• 15th July 2022
- Email from IRCC with subject "Ready For Visa!". I checked my portal and noticed a request for IMM5669, dated 10th June, so the 30-day deadline had passed by the time I saw it. However, this email I received is also asking for documents to seemingly finalise my PR.

Question:
• Should I upload my completed IMM5669 despite the overdue deadline or would this create an issue with my application?

Unusual situation so don't know, but I'd submit the passport as requested right away and the 5669 by whatever way they requested it.
