I agree here. Call and send web form with all proper info. Also, file complain with police and back home. I hope ur parents or sm1 is looking after ur bro.

Also, try to gather as much evidence as u can. Like phone calls, txt message etc. U can still msg him saying like "thx for letting my bro go after kidnapping" and watch for his response thats also a evidrnce. Ur bro needs to testify. Put ur bro under police protection.

Would really discourage playing police and sending tests like thanks for letting my brother go. Would act like normal until you secure the withdrawal.

This is bit extreme situation, i think you are yourself good enough to testify that what all bad happened, not much further evidences will be required, explain the situation to concerned authorities, i am sure they will take action in your favor.
