I was forced to married someone back home by kidnapped my little brother and i was told i have to sponsor him in order to freed my little brother safely. I was also raped and now i have 1 year old child with this guy and he got now his permanent resident visa and he freed my brother as well. So my question is since my brother is safe now can i tell this situation to the immigration office so they can reject him his entry? I was so afraid that he will distroy my life after he come here and i dont want my child to have this kind of monster father in her life.

If he hasn't landed as a PR, you can contact IRCC to cancel the sponsorship application.

if you have evidence of blackmail, then you will definitely destroy this monster

I dont have any evidence. But when he had an interview they said they found a fraud document 6 years ago when he try to go USA with a fake marriage and based on that they rejected him but i dont know how for somereason they grant him a visa.

So did he just get his visa or he already came to canada and landed ? Cuz if he just has his visa on hands you can still cancel it.

Your situation is well beyond this forum. You need to contact IRCC and police.

He just get his visa but he did not come in to canada but he is planing to come next month.

You need to contact CIC and withdraw his spousal sponsorship ASAP before he lands. You should be going to authorities in both countries about the kidnapping and blackmailing. If he lands it gets much harder to do anything so you must not let him land.
