BREAKING NEWS

The Government of Canada announced on 29 March 2012 a plan to reduce the backlog of Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications by returning all applications and government fees submitted prior to 27 February 2008. This will amount to a total of almost 300,000 returned applications, as well as approximately $130 million in refunded government processing fees.

Approximately 160,000 FSW applications, submitted after 28 February 2008, will remain in queue for processing.

its really very disappointing as there are fellow members who have been waiting since 2004-05 for their turn and at the end this thing its really very harsh at the part of CIC

Yes...So sad..Very bad news :(

Hello Guys..Y r we not getting acttive..Ofcourse we r waiting for a looong time..But iin here lets atleasst help eachother

Hope you all know that the review of our applications would be done by June 2012..

I mean we would certainly know our fate by then.. and Do you think there would be lot of rejections for 4131?

lets be very optimistic wish that there may be no rejections at all and all those who have been waiting for all these months get the desired result

Hi Rlex,

No we didn't get any intimation till date, though it was mentioned in eCAS that a letter was sent on 29 Feb'12. We learnt that generally the letters are dispatched late than mentioned in eCAS. Still waiting for communication. Checked with other forum members too who have online InProcess earlier than ours, and they confirmed that even they didnt receive any communication though it is mention in eCAS.

I just got confirmation that the courier we sent on Sat'day, intimating our address change and employment changes, was delivered at NDVO on Monday.

If anyone else has any updates or communication from NDVO/CHC pls update.

Regards.

No, I checked with people at the old address too. We do have some letters but not from the CHC/NDVO though. Even the other forum members confirmed that they havent received any letters yet, though it was specified in the eCAS status.

All the best to everyone!!! Hope all of us start getting MRs very soon.....
