I am "In Process" status and I have a line saying --We have started processing your application on 24.01.2012.

As Far as I have read I guess we should expect the MR Soon.

Do you have any idea what is the period that I can consider as "Soon"? How many days do they take to process our file and send us our MR?

This solely depends upon the docs one has submitted. Result of Qualitative check is a determinant factor to decide as to what shall be the period of one's getting MR AFTER THE ECAS TURNS TO "IN PROCESS "STAGE,SUFFIXED THEREWITH A SPECIFIC START DTD.If vo is satisfied with the genuineness of docs,it may be within a couple of days.In such a case,even verification/interview is also waived off.

So,let us pray that everything goes of well.Please keep checking ur mail.

earlier my status changed to decision made but i m again getting this status now

feel as if there are many many with similar status
but is there any silverline in this dark cloud

Could u please share if it has come back to "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE" from "DECISION MADE" out side the box or outside the box it is "Rbvo" and in the box a line was added like this:

" Decision has been made about your application.Visa office will contact you."

If DM has gone away from the detai INTHE BOXl nd ur status shows only RBVO,INTRUSIION OF DM is a technical glitch.

thanks sir i really appreciate your kind concern, actually i am in dilemma that should i wait for the process or forget about it and start something afresh here in india itself though i am optimistic about the process but then it is always frustrating when the waiting get so long.
i will try to keep updating regarding the file status hope will always get the expert advice from you

Sir, If ur status changed to "IN PROCESS" stage with , specific dt in the box u may get MR within couple of weeks from now,i suppose.

i sent my initial application in april 2010 to sydney,
received first file number in may 2010,
sent all documents to delhi in October2010,
received next file number in december 2010,
since then waiting and waiting

Dear Seniors, my skilled worker application (4131 lecturer in English) is in the London visa office acknowledged in Augst, 2010, now in process for the last 5 months with RBVO.
As currently so many applicants r getting refused on account of duties mismatch, i want to know from 4131's if the duties i gave in my experience letter r ok! I m a pre-juner!

These are the duties I mentioned in my experience letter:

1. Teaches English to the college students
2. Prepares, administers and Grade tests and record the results
3. Prepares teaching materials to deliver them to the students
4. Serves as the college chief proctor to maintain discipline and works as tutor in charge to provide personal academic guidance to the different level students
5. Proofreads the correspondence of the institute to detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar and syntax (He is a native level, experienced English proofreader)
6. Participates in college staff meetings, various co-curricular programmes, etc.
7. Advises students on career decisions
Do you, SENIORS, deem these duties of mine as college lecturer (English) are quite ok/up to the mark?
