They have cleared all MR quota for pre-june applicant for plan-batch april-may-june. Now batch of plan is july-aug-sep and i hope they will again start issue MR after 15 july or after 15 sep.This guess is on the basis of consultant,lawyer and working model of NDVO. The old guess "They may issue some MR in June" is also correct. According to this guess they may send huge amount of MR in July or Sep. I hope this guess will also right.

Congratulations to Avneet for receiving MR, her initial app date is 11th Feb, so looks like NDVO is still working on Jan/Feb cases
